<br /> THE CITY. OF ZEPHYRHILLS, FLORIDA,
<br /> ANNEXING ADDITIONAL TERRITORY TO BE
<br /> INCLUDED WITHIN THE BOUNDARIES OF SAID
<br /> CITY PURSUANT TO THE REQUEST OF THE
<br /> III OWNER OF SUCH LANDS AND IN ACCORDANCE
<br /> WITH FLORIDA STATUTE 171.044, LAWS OF
<br /> FLORIDA.
<br /> WHEREAS',RICHARD BAUGNIET and UNITY LANES,INC., are the present owners
<br /> of the lands hereinafter described in Section 1, and
<br /> WHEREAS, said RICHARD BAUGNIET and UNITY LANES,INC., have requested and
<br /> consented to the annexation by the City of Zephyrhills of the lands herein described in Section 1, and
<br /> WHEREAS,the City Council approves the annexation of said lands and the inclusion of said
<br /> lands within the corporate limits of said City, .
<br /> NOW, THEREFORE,BE IT ENACTED AND ORDAINED by the City Council of the City
<br /> of Zephyrhills, Florida, as follows:
<br /> SECTION 1: That the following described lands, lying and being situate in Pasco County,
<br /> Florida, to-wit:
<br /> The North 1/2 of Tract 25 in Section 2, Township 26 South Range 21-East, as numbered,
<br /> described and shown on the ZEPHYRHILLS COLONY Plat recorded in P1at,Book1,page 55,
<br /> ate PublicRecordofFasco-County,, Ethic essthe West-160:)for-and Ls,the Ea`s:2390 feet
<br /> thereof Together with the West 160.0 feet of the North 1/2 of said Tract 25,Less the-right--of-way
<br /> for U.S. Highway 301. and
<br /> Commence at the Northeast corner of Tract 25, in Section 2, Township 26 South, Range 21 East,
<br /> ZEPHYRHILLS COLONY COMPANY LANDS SUBDIVISION, as per map or plat thereof
<br /> recorded in Plat Book 1, page 55, Public Records of Pasco County, Florida for a Point of
<br /> Beginning; Thence run South along the East boundary line of said Tract 25,,a distance of 165.0
<br /> feet; Thence run West along a line parallel with the North boundary line of said Tract 25, a
<br /> distance of 230.0 feet; Thence run North along a line parallel with the East boundary line of said
<br /> Tract 25, a distance of 165.0 feet to the North boundary line of said Tract 25; Thence run East
<br /> along the North boundary line of said Tract 25 a distance of 230.0 feet to the Point of Beginning;
<br /> Subject to Easement over the North 16.00 feet thereof.
<br /> LESS AND EXCEPT THE EAST 30.00 FEET THEREOF
<br /> PARCEL #(s): 02-26-21-0010-02500-0040; 02-26-21-0010-02500-0020 and
<br /> 02-26-21-0010-02500-0030.
<br /> be, and the same is hereby annexed to and included within the boundaries of the City of Zephyrhills,
<br /> Florida, a municipal corporation.
<br /> SECTION 2: Said lands are contiguous to the present city limits of the City of Zephyrhills.
<br /> That said lands are now unincorporated and lie in the same county as said City, and when annexed
<br /> i
<br /> would form a compact addition to the incorporated territory of said City. That the owners of said
<br /> lands contained in said area to be annexed have given written consent to have such annexation for
<br /> said area.
<br /> SECTION 3: That the City of Zephyrhills,Florida, has been given authority by the legislature
<br /> of the State of Florida, pursuant to Florida Statute 171.044 and pursuant to the Charter of the City
