<br /> THE CITY OF ZEPHYRHILLS, FLORIDA,
<br /> REZONING LANDS WITHIN SAID: CITY,
<br /> PURSUANT TO THE REQUEST OF THE OWNERS
<br /> OF SUCH LAND AND IN ACCORDANCE WITH
<br /> FLORIDA STATUTE 166.041 (3) (c) 1. .,y, _
<br /> WHEREAS,WILLIAM F.NYE and ANDREA NYE, his,wife, are the present owners in
<br /> fee of the lands hereinafter described in Section 1, and ".
<br /> WHEREAS, said WILLIAM F. NYE and ANDREA NYE, have applied for rezoning of
<br /> said parcel from County Commercial to City C-2.
<br /> •
<br /> WHEREAS,the Planning Commission has recommended approval of the owners' application
<br /> for rezoning, and
<br /> NOW THEREFORE,BE IT ENACTED AND ORDAINED.by the City Council of the City
<br /> - of Zephyrhills, Florida,-as follows: : , , - •'
<br /> SECTION 1: That the following described lands, lying and being situate in Pasco County,
<br /> Florida, to-wit:
<br /> Commence at the Southwest corner of Lot 10, LITTLE ACRES SUBDIVISION in Section 3,
<br /> Township 26 South, Range 21 East, as recorded in Plat Book 5,page 132,,Public Records of
<br /> Pasco County, Florida and run West 32.31 feet to a point on the Easterly right-o_f-wax line of the _
<br />- - _ - abandoned S.A;LRailroad;-1 hence South24 degrees 56'45".East along said:right-of-way line
<br /> 418.00 feet to the North boundary of Tract 96, ZEPHYRHILLS COLONY,COMPANY LANDS,
<br /> as recorded in Plat Book 1,page 55, Public Records of Pasco County, Florida,for a Point of
<br /> Beginning; Thence run South 89 degrees 17'28"East along the North boundary of said Tract,
<br /> 1232 feet to the Westerly right-of-way line of U.S. Hwy., 301; Thence South 24 degrees 45'15"
<br /> West along said right-of-way line 182.00 feet to the intersection of the Easterly right-of-way line
<br /> of Fort King Highway; Thence North 24 degrees 50' 15" West along said right-of-way line,
<br /> 184.22; Thence North 68 degrees 28'25"East 22.10 feet; Thence South 89 degrees 17'28"East
<br /> 111.81 feet; Thence-South 24 degrees-56' 45" East 9.28 feet to the Point of Beginning.

<br /> be, and the same is hereby rezoned and henceforth, said property's zoning designation shall be City

<br /> SECTION 2: That this Ordinance shall become law upon being passed by the City Council
<br /> of the City of Zephyrhills after two (2) readings and execution by the presiding officer and the clerk
<br /> of that body in accordance with Florida Statute 166.041, Laws of Florida.
