WHEREAS, THOMAS R. GRACE and RENEE L. GRACE, his wife, are the present owners in fee of the lands hereinafter described in Section 1, and WHEREAS, said THOMAS R. GRACE and RENEE L. GRACE, have applied for rezoning of said parcel from County A R(Agriculture Residential)to City E-R(Estate Residential). WHEREAS,the Planning Commission has recommended approval of the owners' application for rezoning, and . NOW, THEREFORE,BE IT ENACTEDANDORDAINED by the City Council of the City. of Zephyrhills, Florida, as follows: SECTION 1: That the following described lands, lying and being situate in Pasco County, Florida, to-wit: The West 132.00 fret of Tract 67, TOGETHER WITH the East 118.00 fret of Tract 68, II _ __ ZEPHYRHILLS COLONY COMPANY LANDS in Section 35, Township 25 South, Range 21 East, as recorded in Plat Book 1,page 55,Public Records of Pasco County,Florida LESS the Y North 15.00 feet thereof for right of way for PRETTY POND ROAD. Containing 1.7266 Acres more or less Parcel I.D. No.: 35-25-21-0010-06800-0020 be, and the same is hereby rezoned and henceforth, said property's zoning designation shall be City E-R(Estate Residential). SECTION 2: That this Ordinance shall become law upon being passed by the City Council of the City of Zephyrhills after two (2) readings and execution by the presiding officer and the clerk of that body in accordance with Florida Statute 166.041, Laws of Florida.
