<br /> REZONING, LANDS WITHIN SAID ' CITY,
<br /> PURSUANT TO THE REQUEST OF THE OWNERS
<br /> OF SUCH LAND AND IN ACCORDANCE WITH
<br /> FLORIDA STATUTE 166.041 (3) (c) 1. JED pITTMAN, pASCO COUNTY CLERK

<br /> _ _WHEREAS RICHARD BAUGNIET and UNITY LANES,INC.,'are the present owners
<br /> - in fee of the lands hereinafter described in Section 1, and
<br /> WHEREAS, said RICHARD BAUGNIET and UNITY LANES,INC.,by and-through
<br /> their agents, have applied for rezoning of said parcel from County C-2 to City C-2.

<br /> WHEREAS,the Planning Commission has recommended approval of the"owners' application
<br /> for rezoning, and
<br /> NOW, THEREFORE,BE ITENACTED AND,ORDAINED by the City Council of the City,,
<br /> of Zephyrhills, Florida, as follows
<br /> SECTION 1: That the following described lands, lying and being situate in Pasco County,
<br /> Florida, to-wit:
<br /> The North 1/2 of Tract 25 in Section 2, Township 26 South Range 21 East, as numbered,
<br /> described and shown on the ZEPHYRHILLS COLONY Plat recorded in Plat Book 1,pJage 55,
<br /> Public Records of Pasco County, Florida. Less the West 160.0 feet and Less the East 23 .0 feet
<br /> thereof. Together with the.West 10.0 feet of the North 1/2 of said Tract 25,Less the right of-way
<br /> for U.S. Highway 301. and
<br /> Commence at the Northeast corner of Tract 25, in Section 2, Township 26 South, Range 1 East,
<br /> ZEPHYRHILLS COLONY COMPANY LANDS SUBDIVISION, as per map or plat hereof
<br /> recorded in Plat Book 1, page 55, Public Records of Pasco County, Florida for a oint of
<br /> Beginning; Thence run South along the East boundary line of said Tract 25, a distance of 165.0
<br /> feet; Thence run West along a line parallel with the North boundary line of said Tract 25, a
