THE CITY OF ZEPHYRHILLS, FLORIDA,---A .- MUNICIPAL CORPORATION, 'AMENDING CHAPTER 6, SECTION 6402(H) OF THE LAND DEVELOPMENT -CODE OF THE CITY -OF ZEPHYRHILLS, BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Zephyrhills, Florida, sitting in regular meeting that: : .. ' . ; Section 1: That°Chapter:'6; Land Use Regulations :(Zoning);. Section :6402,(H); :Community, Congregate Care arid:Group`Faeilities'is'deleted in its'entirety;and shall henceforth read as follows: CHAPTER 6 Land Use Regulations (Zoning):, _ SECTION 6402 (H) Congregate Care and Group Facilities: The building for a group or congregate living facility must provide a minimum of 1200 square feet of living floor area for the first four residents, and 120 additional square feet of living area for each additional resident. Twenty percent (20%) of the site must be landscaped and not covered with an impervious surface. Section 2: The provisions of this Ordinance are severable, and if any section, sentence, clause, or phrase is for any reason held to be unconstitutional, invalid, or ineffective, this holding shall not affect the validity of the remaining portions of the Ordinance, it being expressly declared to be the City Council's intent that it would have passed the valid portions of this Ordinance without the inclusion of any invalid portion or portions.
