Section 4: That Section 51.080 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Zephyrhills, Florida, shall be adopted and shall henceforth read as follows: SECTION 51.080 Schedule of Miscellaneous Fees Charged by City: (A) Late fees: In addition to monies due, any bill which remains unpaid twenty- one(21) days after the billing date will be charged with a $4.00 late fee. 2
