<br /> NOW THEREFORE, be it ordained by the City_ Council of the City of z
<br /> Zephyrhills, Florida, as follows:

<br /> SECTION I-Declaration if Policy: It is hereby declared to be the policy of the �0
<br /> City of Zephyrhills,Florida in the -xercise of its police power for the public safety, public
<br /> health, and general welfare, to assure equal opportunity to obtain adequate housing by
<br /> all persons, regardless of ra -, color, sex, age, religion, national origin, familial statue,
<br /> or handicap, and, to that e d, to eliminate discrimination in housing.
<br /> SECTION II-De nitions:
<br /> (a) "Council' means the City Council of the City of Zephyrhills, Florida.
<br /> (b) "Dwell' g" means any building, structure, or portion hereof which is
<br /> occupied as, or desi ated or intended for occupancy as, a residence by one or more
<br /> families, and any v Cant land which is offered for sale or lease for the construction or
<br /> location thereon of any such building, structure, or portion thereof.
<br /> (c) "F mily" includes a single individual.
<br /> (d) " erson" includes one or more individuals, corporations, partnerships,
<br /> associations, 1 or organizations, legal representatives, mutual companies, point-stock
<br /> companies, sts, unincorporated organizations, trustees, trustees in bankruptcy,
<br /> receivers, d fiduciaries.
