PURSUANT TO THE REQUEST OF THE OWNEI OF SUCH LAND AND IN ACCORDANCE WITH FLORIDA STATUTE 166.041 (3) (c) Rept: 211548 Rec: 10.50 DS: O.OU I T: 0.00 01/28/980. /28/98Dpty Clerk WHEREAS, The_CITY OF ZEPHYRHILLS, a Florida municipal corporation, is the present owner in fee of the lands hereinafter described in Section 1, and _ WHEREAS, said CITY OF ZEPHYRHILLS, by and through its agent, has applied for rezoning of said parcel from City R-4 (Residential Multi-Family) to City R-C (Recreational Conservation). WHEREAS,the Planning Commission has recommended approval of theowner's application for rezoning, and NOW, THEREFORE,BE IT ENACTED AND ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Zephyrhills,Florida, as follows: SECTION 1: That the following described lands, lying and being situate in Pasco County, Florida, to-wit: Commence at the Northwest corner of the South 1/2 of the Southwest 1/4 of Section 2, Township . 26 South,Range 21 East, in Pasco County, Florida; run North 88 degrees 50.'15"East, 66252 feet along the North line of the South 1/2-of the Southwest 1/4 of Section 2 thence South 25 feet for a Point of Beginning;said Point lying on the South right-of-way line of Henry Drive; thence run North 88 degrees 50'15"East, 200 feet along the South right-of-way line of Henry Drive; thence South 200 feet; thence South 88 degrees 50'15" West, 200 feet; thence North 200 feet to the Point of Beginning. Being a portion of TYSON SUBDIVISION, as recorded in Plat Book 4, page 109, Pasco County, Florida. be, and the same is hereby rezoned and henceforth, said property's zoning designation shall be City R-C (Recreational Conservation). SECTION 2: That this Ordinance shall become law upon being passed by the City Council of the City of Zephyrhills after two (2) readings and execution by the presiding officer and the clerk of that body in accordance with Florida Statute 166.041, Laws of Florida.
