<br /> THE CITY OF ZEPHYRHILLS, FLORIDA,
<br /> ANNEXING ADDITIONAL TERRITORY TO BE
<br /> INCLUDED WITHIN THE BOUNDARIES OF SAID
<br /> CITY PURSUANT TO THE REQUEST OF THE
<br /> OWNER OF SUCH LANDS AND IN ACCORDANCE
<br /> WITH FLORIDA STATUTE 171.044, LAWS OF

<br /> WHEREAS, the ESTATE OF PHYLLIS L. ROSE, is the present owner of the lands
<br /> hereinafter described in Section 1, and
<br /> WHEREAS,GREAT SPRING WATERS OF AMERICA, INC.,has requested and consented
<br /> on behalf of SUSAN G. ROSE, Administrator W W.A., of the ESTATE OF PHYLLIS L. ROSE, to
<br /> the annexation by the City of Zephyrhills of the lands herein described-in Section'1, and
<br /> WHEREAS,the City Council approves the annexation of said lands and the inclusion of said
<br /> lands within the corporate limits of said City,
<br /> NOW, THEREFORE,BE IT ENACTED AND ORDAINED by the City Council-of the City
<br /> of Zephyrhills,Florida, as follows:
<br /> SECTION 1: That the following described lands, lying and being situate in Pasco County,
<br /> Florida, to-wit:
<br /> Tract 104, ZEPHYRHILLS COLONY COMPANY LANDS, in Section 13, Township 26 South,,--- - -
<br /> Range 21 East, as recorded in Plat Book 1,page 55, Public Records of Paseo County, Florida;
<br /> LESS the West 10.00 feet thereof for road right-of-way and
<br /> The South 208.7 feet of the West 263.70 feet of Tract 89, ZEPHYRHILLS COLONY COMPANY
<br /> LANDS in Section 13, Township 26 South, Range 21 East, as recorded in Plat.Book 1,page 55,

<br /> Public Records of Pasco County, Florida
<br /> LESS the West 10.00 road.feet thereofforright-of-way JED PITTMAN, PASCO COUNTY CLERK

<br /> be, and the same is hereby annexed to and included within the boundaries of the City of Zephyrhills,
<br /> Florida, a municipal corporation.
<br /> SECTION2: Said lands are contiguous to the present city limits of the City of Zephyrhills.
<br /> That said lands are now unincorporated and lie in the same county as said City, and when annexed
<br /> would form a compact addition to the incorporated territory of said City. That the owner of said
<br /> lands contained in said area to be annexed have given written consent to have such annexation for
<br /> said area.
<br /> SECTION3: That the City of Zephyrhills,Florida,has been given authority by the legislature
<br /> of the State of Florida, pursuant to Florida Statute 171.044 and pursuant to the Charter of the City
<br /> of Zephyrhills, to annex contiguous areas to said City and to extend the city limits or territorial
<br /> boundaries upon receipt of a written consent of all owners of land contained in the area to be
<br /> annexed,together with the approval of the City Council of the City of Zephyrhills, of said annexation
<br /> duly expressed by Ordinance.
