ROSE, Administrator W.W.A., of the ESTATE-OF PHYLLIS L. ROSE, is the present owner in fee of the lands hereinafter described in Section 1, and WHEREAS, said SUSAN G. ROSE, Administrator W.W.A., of the ESTATE OF PHYLLIS L.ROSE by and through her agent GREAT SPRING WATERS OF AMERICA, INC., has applied for rezoning of said parcels from County A-R and R-1 to City L-I(Light Industrial). No.: 13-26-21-0070-10400-0000 and 13-26-21-0070-08900-0010 be, and the same is hereby rezoned and henceforth, said propertys'zoning designation'shall be City L-I(Light Industrial).
