Nye property,which parcel contains approximately.3 acres and is located at the northwest <br /> corner of Fort King Road, and U.S. 301. Proposed City Future Land Use: Commercial <br /> 2. Grace property,which parcel contains approximately 1.7 acres and is located on the south <br /> side of Pretty Pond Road, and east of Wire Road. Proposed City Future Land Use: Residential <br /> 3. Baugniet/Unity Lanes property, which parcel contains approximately 2.3 acres and is <br /> located on the east side of U.S. 301, and north ofEiland Boulevard. Proposed City Future Land Use: <br /> Commercial <br /> 4. Moats Property,which parcel contains approximately 5.87 acres and is located on the east <br /> side of 16th Street, south of Pretty Pond Road and north of 54 East. Proposed City Future Land <br /> Use: Residential <br /> 5. Great Springs Water of America, Inc., Property, which parcel contains approximately <br /> 6.1 acres and is located on the east side of 20th Street and south of Alston Avenue. Proposed City <br /> Future Land Use: Industrial <br /> WHEREAS,the City also is amending all maps of said Comprehensive Plan to include, show, <br /> and depict said annexed properties; providing that all goals, objections,.policies, and other planning <br /> provisions applicable to properties in the Comprehensive Plan shall pertain and be applicable to the <br /> annexed properties; providing that invalidity of said portion shall not affect the remaining portions <br /> of this Ordinance; and providing for an effective date, and <br /> WHEREAS, by City of Zephyrhills Ordinances 660, 661, 663;,6p9, 681, respectively, the <br /> above-described real properties were annexed by the City and incorporated within the municipal <br /> boundaries of the City of Zephyrhills; real property described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and by <br /> this reference incorporated herein and made a part thereof; and <br /> WHEREAS,the Zephyrhills City Council has requested the Zephyrhills Planning Commission, <br /> as the local planning agency of the City, to recommend inclusion of this property in the City's <br /> Comprehensive Plan; and <br /> WHEREAS, based on the recommendation of the Planning CoM fission to,the Zephyrhills <br /> City Council, said Council has prepared a small scale amendment to the City's Comprehensive Plan <br /> and is hereby transmitting it to the Department of Community Affairs and such other agencies as <br /> Record and Return to: x >;_ <br /> City Clerk's Office .1 <br /> 5335 8th Street <br /> Zephyrhills, FL 33540 <br />
