AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ZEPHYRHILLS, FLORIDA, A MUNICIPAL CORPORATION, AMENDING , ORDINANCE NO.: 430 KNOWN AS THE BUILDING CONSTRUCTION STANDARDS' GP THE CITY OF ZEPHYRHILLS BY AMENDING SUBSECTIONS 2[(B)(c)],(C),(D) AND DELETING SUBSECTION 2(E) THERETO; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE. BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Zephyrhills, Florida, sitting in regular meeting that: Section 1: That Section 2, Specific Supplements and/or Modification to Adopted Standard Codes, Subsection (B)(c), Sizing; Subsection (C), Plumbing-Mars; and Subsection (D), Wiring of the Zephyrhills Building Construction Standardsarehereby • amended and shall henceforth read as follows: SECTION 2: SPECIFIC SUPPLEMENTS AND/OR MODIFICATION TO ADOPTED STANDARD CODES Subsection B(c). Sizing:, The size of an interceptor shall be determined by the Site Plan Review Committee. All interceptors shall be baffled. Automatic pretreatment systems may be used in lie of interceptor tank when approved by the City. Subsection (C). Plumbing-Materials: All sewer pipes under slab and in traffic area shall be a minimum four inch (4") schedule 40 P.V.C. or equivalent. In no case shall the sewer pipe be less than equivalent to the City of Zephyrhills connection. All new installations shall be a minimum of four inches (4") diameter. Subsection (D). Wire Sizes: Aluminum wire is prohibited in the use of any wire size three (3) or smaller. Section 2: That Section 2, Specific Supplements and/or Modification to Adopted Standard Codes, Subsection(E)Branch Circuits of the Zephyrhills Building Construction Standards is hereby deleted.
