<br /> WHEREAS, CITY OF ZEPHYRAILLS, a Florida municipaliWporation and TONY
<br /> URAGALLO, are the present owner in fee of the lands hereinaftae described in Section 1, and
<br /> WHEREAS, said CITY OF ZEPHYRHILLS and TONY URAGALT, have applied for
<br /> rezoning of said parcels from City LI(Light Industrial)to AP-2 (Airport Re1at d).
<br /> WHEREAS,the Planning Commission has recommended aproval of the':ownes' application
<br /> for rezoning, and ;: e
<br /> NOW, THEREFORE,BE IT ENACTED AND ORDAINED by the City Council of the City
<br /> of Zephyrhills, Florida, as follows:
<br /> SECTION 1: That the following described lands, lying and being situate in Pasco County,
<br /> Florida, to-wit:
<br /> Parcel ID#18-26-22-0010-04400-0000 and 18-26-22-0010-03700-0010
<br /> Tracts 37, 38, 43, 53, 54, 59, and 60, ZEPHYRHILLS COLONY COMPANY LANDS in Section
<br /> 18, Township 26 South, Range 22 East, as recorded in Plat Book 1, page 44, Public Records of
<br /> Pasco County, Florida, LESS that portion of Tracts 37 and 53 lying within Right-of-Way for
<br /> Zephyrhills By-Pass Route. It consists of 33.26 acres MOL
<br /> and
<br /> That portion of Tract 44,ZEPHYRHILLS COLONY COMPANY LANDS in Section 18, Township
<br /> 26 South, Range 22 East, Pasco County, Florida, as recorded in Plat Book 1, page 55, Public
<br /> Records of Pasco County, Florida, that lies West of the West Right-of-Way line of Zephyrhills East
<br /> By-Pass. It consists of 4.39 acres MOL
<br /> be, and the same are hereby rezoned and henceforth, said propertys'zoning designation shall be AP-2

<br /> SECTION 2: That this Ordinance shall become law upon being passed by the City Council
<br /> of the City of Zephyrhills after two (2) readings and execution by the presiding officer and the clerk
