<br /> Ordinance No.: 672, in the amount of Fourteen Million Six Hundred and Sixty-three Thousand Nine ;G'°,c

<br /> Hundred and Six Dollars ($14,663,906.00). ,�.-.�c
<br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Zephyrhills has adopted amendments to the m
<br /> Rbudget for the fiscal year 1997-1998 for the municipality for the City of Zephyrhills with the
<br /> amended budget totalling Sixteen Million Seventy-nine Thousand Two Hundred and Seventy-four
<br /> Dollars ($16,079,274.00);
<br /> WHEREAS,the City Council of the City of Zephyrhills has scheduled a Public Hearing and
<br /> timely advertised, according to law, a Public Hearing on the budget for the purpose of receiving input
<br /> from the general public and for the purpose of answering any and all questions prior to the adoption
<br /> of any measure by this governing body pertaining thereto; and
<br /> WHEREAS,the City Council of the City of Zephyrhills has concluded the Public Hearing and
<br /> considered all comments.
<br /> NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Zephyrhills,
<br /> Florida, as follows:
<br /> 1. The proposed amended budget for the fiscal year 1997-1998 for the municipality for
<br /> the City of Zephyrhills is hereby adopted in the amount of Sixteen Million Seventy-nine Thousand
<br /> Two Hundred and Seventy-four Dollars ($16,079,274.00)
<br /> 2. This Ordinance shall become effective upon second reading and signing by the Mayor.
