' JED RITTMAN, RASCD COUNTY CLERK <br /> 09/17/98 02:160n 1 of 2 <br /> OR BK 400a P13 <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Zephyrhills, Florida, sitting <br /> in regular meeting that: <br /> Section 4: That Chapter 6,Land Use Regulations (Zoning), Section 6270, Airport <br /> Related Zoning District (AP-2) Building Setbacks of the Zephyrhills Land Development <br /> Code are hereby incorporated and shall henceforth read as follows: <br /> CHAPTER 6 Land Use Regulations (Zoning): • <br /> SECTION 6270 Airport Related Zoning District(AP-2): <br /> Building Setbacks <br /> Minimum building setbacks as measured from lot lines are: <br /> front: 50 feet <br /> F lovided, however, that it 35 foot front yard setback, as measured by the lease <br /> boundary line may be approved provided that the proposed building includes a permanent, <br /> separate, individual attached office addition constructed in front of the primary building. <br /> Any such separate individual attached office addition shall be constructed with special <br /> design/architectural features as described in the airports specific design standards.
