<br /> WHEREAS, said CONCIRE, INC., has applied for rezoning of said parcels from County

<br /> WHEREAS,the Planning Commission has recommended approval of the owner's application
<br /> for rezoning, and
<br /> NOW, THEREFORE,BE IT ENACTED AND ORDAINED by the City Council.of the City
<br /> of Zephyrhills, Florida, as follows: ; -_
