<br /> WHEREAS, LARRY KIRKPATRICK and CATHY KIRKPATRICK,his wife, are the
<br /> present owners of the lands described as Parcel "A" in Section 1 below, and
<br /> WHEREAS, JAMES H. MAHONEY and CARO B. MAHONEY, his wife, are the
<br /> present owners of the lands described as Parcel "B" in Section 1 below, and
<br /> WHEREAS, JAMES D.HAYCOX, is the present owner of the lands described as Parcel

<br /> WHEREAS, SCOTT E. SANDERS, is the present owner of the lands described as Parcel
<br /> "D" in Section 1, and
<br /> WHEREAS,Pasco County, a political subdivision is a governmental entity presently having
<br /> jurisdiction over the right-of-way known as "Hoover Street"; and
<br /> WHEREAS, FOG DEVELOPMENT, INC., as agent for contract purchaser,
<br /> GLENWOOD IIOLDINGS, has requesteL o the annex- ti'pn b� theZephyrhills,

<br /> the owners of such lands, LARRY KIRKPATRICK and CATHY KIRKPATRICK, his wife;
<br /> JAMES H. MAHONEY and CARO R. MAHONEY, his wife; JAMES D. HAYCOX and
<br /> SCOTT E. SANDERS and PASCO COUNTY have consented to the annexation by the City of
<br /> Zephyrhills of the lands herein described in Section 1, and
<br /> WHEREAS,the City Council approves the annexation of said lands and the inclusion of said
<br /> lands within the corporate limits of said City,
<br /> NOW, THEREFORE,BE IT ENACTED AND ORDAINED by the City Council of the City
<br /> of Zephyrhills, Florida, as follows:
<br /> SECTION 1: That the following described lands, lying and being situate in Pasco County,
