<br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Zephyrhills has adopted amendments to the
<br /> TO P
<br /> budget for the fiscal year 1998-1999 for the municipality for the City of Zephyrhills with the
<br /> amended budget totalling Nineteen Million Eight Hundred and Fifty-six Thousand One Hundred and
<br /> Twelve Dollars($19,856,112.00);
<br /> WHEREAS,.the City.Council:of the City,of Zephyrhills;has scheduled a Public Hearing and
<br /> timely advertised; according to law, a Public-Hearing on the.budget for the;purpose.of receiving input
<br /> from the general public and for the purpose of answering any and all questions prior to the adoption
<br /> of any measure by this governing body pertaining thereto; and
<br /> WHEREAS,the City Council of the City of Zephyrhills has concluded the Public Hearing and
<br /> considered all comments.
<br /> NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Zephyrhills,
<br /> Florida, as follows:
<br /> 1. The proposed amended budget for the fiscal year 1998-1999 for the municipality for
<br /> the City of Zephyrhills is hereby adopted in the amount of Nineteen Million Eight Hundred and Fifty-
<br /> six Thousand One Hundred and Twelve Dollars ($19,856,112.00)
<br /> 2. . This Ordinance shall become effective upon second reading and;signing,by the Mayor.
<br /> The foregoing.Ordinance•No.; 7/,5 .,was readand,passed,on.its:first,reading.by.the. City
