<br /> WHEREAS, ERLENE Y. HENRY, is the present owner in fee of the lands hereinafter
<br /> described in Section 1, and
<br /> WHEREAS, said ERLENE Y. HENRY, has applied for rezoning of said parcels from
<br /> County C-2 (General Commercial)to City C-2 (Community Commercial).
<br /> WHEREAS,the Planning Commission has recommended approval of the owners' application
<br /> for rezoning, and
<br /> NOW, THEREFORE,BE IT ENACTED AND ORDAINED by the City Council of the City
<br /> of Zephyrhills, Florida, as follows:
<br /> SECTION 1: That the following described lands, lying and being situate m Pasco County,
<br /> Florida, to-wit:
<br /> Commencing at the NE corner of Tract 1, ZEPHYRH[LLS COLONY COMPANY LANDS, in
<br /> Section 3, Township 26 South,Range 21 East as recorded in Plat Book 2, page 6,Public Records
<br /> of Pasco County, Florida, run South 00° 13' 24" E., 15.00 feet to the South right-of-way line of
<br /> Daughtery Road, thence South 89° 58' 51" W., 53.51 feet to the West right-of-way line of U.S.
<br /> Highway 301 for a Point of Beginning; thenceSouth 00° 18' 02" W., 201.25 feet along the West
<br /> right-of-way line ofU.S.Highway 301,thence North 89° 58' 24" W., 123.66 feet;thence N., 00° 10'
<br /> 56"W., 201.05 feet to the South right-of-way line of Daughtery Road, thence North 89° 58' 51" E.,
<br /> 125.5 feet to the Point of Beginning. Parcel No.: 03-26-21-0010-00100-0011
