tir66829 94 JUL i5 Pti LIT 03 FILED FOR RECORD `� o ' ,4M \� CLIC CIR.CT €ASCO CCU aTY,ti.. \Q iii ORDINANCE NO. 601 11 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ZEPHYRHILLS, FLORIDA, A MUNICIPAL CORPORATION, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 575, KNOWN AS THE ZEPHYRHILLS MUNICIPAL AIRPORT AUTHORITY ORDINANCE, SECTION 7 (3) 'POWERS AND DUTIES", PROVIDING THAT_ _ THE AIRPORT AUTHORITY SHALL HAVE\NO I`) RESPONSIBILITY TO RENEGOTIATE THE:LEASE BETWEEN THE CITY OF ZEPHYRHILLS AND GEORGE KABELLER, INC., D/B/A ZEPHYRHILLS PARACHUTE CENTER, AS REQUIRED BY FAA — ORDER OF OCTOBER 22, 1993. - BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Zephyrhills, Florida, sitting in / J Ill regular meeting that: WHEREAS, the City of Zephyrhills owns and operates an Airport known as the "Zephyrhills Municipal Airport" located in the City of Zephyrhills, and WHEREAS, the City of Zephyrhills has been instructed by.tlfe Federal 'Aviation Administration to offer to renegotiate the existing lease of the Zephyrhills Parachute Center, George Kabeller, Inc., and WHEREAS, the City has determined that it is in the best interest of the citizens of the City of Zephyrhills that the offer to and any renegotiations of said Lease be conducted by the City, and to relieve the Airport Authority of any duty or obligation to conduct same, and WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Zephyrhills has determined that it is in the best interest of the citizens of the City of Zephyrhills, that this Ordinance be passed. NOW, THEREFORE, REIT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Zephyrhills, Florida: 1.
