Florida: 1. That Ordinance No. 575, Section 6(8) "Membership; Tenns of Office; Officers; Quorum; MeetinEs; Removal:" is hereby deleted and shall hereinafter read as follows: (8) No officer or employee of the City of Zephyrhills and officer or employee of Pasco County shall be eligible for membership on the Authority. o fixed base operator on Airport property or commercial tenant of Airp rt property, their officers or employees, shall be eligible for membership n the Authority. No member of said Authority shall be interested in the profits or emoluments of any contract, work, sale to or service for the Airport, and any such contract in which a member is or may be interested, shall be declared void by the City Council of the City of Zephyrhills. 2. That Ordinance No. 575, Section 7(3) "Powers and Duties:" is hereby deleted and shall hereinafter read as follows: (3) To let or lease the airport or any portion of the airport, including the buildings and hangars thereon, and to grant concessions upon such terms and conditions as it shall deem proper, provided however, that the C'ty does hereby retain the right to renegotiate the lease between the City of Zephyrhills and George Kabeller,Inc., d/b/a Zephyrhills Parachute Cen er, as required by FAA Order of October 22, 1993. 3. This Ordinance shall be effective immediately upon reading and signing.
