BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Zephyrhills, Florida, sitting in regular meeting that: -, Section 1: The Zephyr Haven Nursing Home Authority Ordinance No. 538, is hereby amended as follows: - - .) SECTION FIVE (2): - ". The terms of office for the membership of the Authority shall be staggered. The term of members nominated by Council persons representing Seats 2 and,4 shall expire,;on May 1, 1996. v The term of members nominated by Council persons representing Seats.1,.3, and 5 shall expire on May, 1995. Thereafter, the term of office for each member shall be two (2) years. Section 2: The provisions of this Ordinance are severable, and if any section, sentence, clause, or phrase is for any reason held to be unconstitutional, invalid, or ineffective, this holding shall not affect the validity of the remaining portions of the Ordinance, it being expressly declared to be the City Council's intent that it would have passed the valid portions of this Ordinance without the inclusion of any invalid portion or portions. Section 3: This Ordinance shall become effective immediately upon its passage.
