211612 9t: D C I6 F1 14: 2C <br /> FILED FN RECORD <br /> CLK.CIR.CT.?t540 COUNTY,FL. <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 608 <br /> AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF <br /> ZEPHYRHILLS, FLORIDA, A MUNICIPAL <br /> CORPORATION,PROPOSING AMENDMENTS TO <br /> THE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN TO INCLUDE <br /> ADDITIONAL TERRITORY, AMEND MAPS <br /> THEREOF,PROVIDE INTERNAL CONSISTENCY <br /> AND ADDITIONAL POLICIES, GOALS AND <br /> OBJECTIVES AS REQUIRED BY FLORIDA <br /> STATUTE AND IN ACCORDANCE THEREOF. <br /> WHEREAS,the City of Zephyrhills,Florida,is proposing to amend the Comprehensive Plan <br /> of said City,to include tracts of land annexed into the corporate limits of the City of Zephyrhills upon <br /> the petition of its owners, with said parcels and owners itemized below: <br /> 1. Zephyrhills Wesleyan Church, which tract contains 2.9 acres and is located south of C <br /> Avenue and west of 20th Street; <br /> 2. Tarr's Travel Trailer Park,which tract contains 5 acres and is located approximately 327 <br /> feet north of Daughtery Road and west of 16th Street; <br /> 3. Colonial II RV Park, which tract contains approximately 2.3 acres and is located <br /> immediately north of Daughtery Road and west of 16th Street; and <br /> 4. Moates Property,which contains approximately 10 acres and is located immediately south <br /> of Daughtery Road and west of 16th Street. <br /> WHEREAS, the City also is proposing to amend all maps of said Comprehensive Plan to <br /> include, show, and depict said annexed properties; providing that all goals, objections, policies, and <br /> other planning provisions applicable to properties in the Comprehensive Plan shall pertain and be <br /> applicable to the annexed properties; providing that invalidity of said portion shall not affect the <br /> remaining portions of this Ordinance; and providing for an effective date, and <br /> WHEREAS, by City of Zephyrhills Ordinances 579, 590, 591, and 592, respectively, the <br /> above-described real properties were annexed by the City and incorporated within the municipal <br /> boundaries of the City of Zephyrhills; real property described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and by <br /> Record and Return to: • <br /> City Clerk's Office "3373P0765 <br /> R P <br /> 5335 8th Street ' " 3373 0'765 <br /> Zephyrhills, FL 33540 <br />
