ORDINANCE NO. 609 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ZEPHYRHILLS, FLORIDA, A MUNICIPAL CORPORATION, AMENDING-ORDINANCE-1440.1--- 519 , THE LAND DEVELOPMENT CODE OF THE CITY OF ZEPHYRHI LLS, CHAPTER SIX, SECTION 6402(1),INCREASING THE DENSITY OF THE DEVELOPMENT OF GROUP HOMES TO_ THREE TIMES THE DWELLING UNIT DENSITY PER ACRE AS ESTABLISHED BY THE CODE, AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. • BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Zephyrhills, Florida, sitting in regular meeting that Chapter Six, Section 6402(I), of The Zephyrhills Land Development Code is hereby deleted in its entirety and shall henceforth read as follows: 111 SECTION 6.402: CONGREGATE CARE AND GROUP,FACILITIES I. The maximum number of residents at any group-congregate care facility is limited to three times the dwelling unit density per acre as established within this Code. The maximum resident capacity of a facility to be used for density calculations will be the maximum number approved by the Florida Department of Health and Rehabilitative Services or other regulatory agency. All other provisions of Section 6402, Chapter Six of the Zephyrhills Land Development Code not herein specifically amended, shall remain in full force and effect. This Ordinance shall become effective immediately upon its passage.
