<br /> Association,Inc.must be filed with and approved by the City prior to sale or long term lease by the
<br /> developer of any lots within the development.
<br /> SECTION 3: That as a further condition, all structures on residential lots shall be subject to
<br /> a five foot(5') side setback, with no less than ten feet(10') separating all structures and appurtenance
<br /> located on lots. I
<br /> SECTION 4: That this Ordinance shall become law upon being passed by the City Co ncil
<br /> of the City of Zephyrhills after three(3)readings and execution by the presiding officer and the clerk
<br /> of that body in accordance with Florida Statute 166.041, Laws of Florida.
