IT IS FURTHER ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Zephyrhills,Florida, sitting
<br /> in regular meeting that Chapter Six, Land Use Regulations (Zoning), Section 6230, Community
<br /> Commercial Zoning District(C-2), Conditional Uses of The Zephyrhills Land Development Code is
<br /> amended as follows: . _ _ , ., ,
<br /> Conditional Uses: The following term shall be added to the list of Conditional Uses:
<br /> food service establishment which serves or dispenses liquor as defined in F.S. Chapter 565 or which
<br /> derive less than 51% of its gross revenue from the sale of food and non-alcoholic beverages
<br /> All other provisions of Section 6230, Chapter Six of the Zephyrhills Land Development C de
<br /> not herein specifically amended, shall remain in full force and effect.
<br /> This Ordinance shall become effective immediately upon its passage.
<br /> The foregoing Ordinance No. (0I 3 was read and passed • its first reading by the City
