The <br /> Animal Control Officer shall make a reasonable effort to notify the owner of an impounded licensed <br /> dog, where traceable, that the animal.has been impounded and may be picked up during normal <br /> working hours at the Animal Shelter. The final responsibility for locating an impounded animal shall <br /> be that of the owner.
