WHEREAS, THE CITY OF ZEPHYRHILLS, is the present owner in fee-of/the lands hereinafter described in Section 1, and - WHEREAS, said CITY OF ZEPHYRHILLS, has applied for rezoning of said parcel from County AR and C-1 to City LI. WHEREAS,the Planning Commission has recommended approval of the owner's application for rezoning, and NOW, THEREFORE,BE IT ENACTED AND ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Zephyrhills, Florida, as follows: SECTION 1: That the following described lands, lying and being situate inPasco.County, - Florida, to-wit: -_ . Parcel ID#18-26-22-0010-03700-0010 Tracts 37, 38,43, 53, 54, 59 and 60 of ZEPHYRHILLS COLONY COMPANY LANDS in Section 18, Township 26 South, Range 22 East, as recorded in Plat Book 1, page 55, Public Records of Pasco County, Florida;Less Road Right of Way for Zephyrhills, East By-Pass. be, and the same is hereby rezoned and henceforth, said property's zoning designation shall be Light/Industrial (LI). SECTION2: That this Ordinance shall become law upon being passed by the City Council of the City of Zephyrhills after three(3)readings and execution by the presiding officer and the clerk of that body in accordance with Florida Statute 166.041, Laws of Florida.
