<br /> AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
<br /> THE CITY OF ZEPHYRH LLS, FLORIDA,
<br /> REZONING LANDS WITHIN SAID CITY,
<br /> PURSUANT TO THE REQUEST OF '1'IJL+' OWNERS
<br /> OF SUCH LAND AND INACCORDANCE WITH
<br /> FLORIDA STATUTE 166.041 (3) (c) 1.
<br /> WHEREAS, GEORGE A. NEUKOM, JR and ANN B. NEUKOM, his wife and
<br /> GEORGE A. NEUKOM, III and TAMARA NEUKOM OAKLEY, are the_present owners in
<br /> fee of the lands hereinafter described in Section 1, and
<br /> WHEREAS, said GEORGE A. NEUKOM, JR and ANN B. NEUKOM, his wife, and

<br /> GEORGE A.NEUKOM,III and TAMARA NEUKOM OAKLEY, have applied for rezoning
<br /> of said parcel from Estate Residential (ER)to Mobile Home Subdivision(M-1), and--
<br /> WHEREAS,the Planning Commission has recommended approval of the owner's application
<br /> for rezoning, and
<br /> WHEREAS,the property to be rezoned does involve less than five percent(5%) of the total
<br /> land area of the City of Zephyrhills and the City is thereby empowered to rezone same in accordance
<br /> with Florida Statute 166.041 (3) (c) 1.
<br /> NOW, THEREFORE,BE IT ENACTED AND ORDAINED by the City Council of the City
<br /> of Zephyrhills, Florida, as follows:
<br /> SECTION 1: That the following described lands, lying and being situate in Pasco County,
<br /> Florida, to-wit:
<br /> ParcelID#34-25-21-0010-01300-0000
<br /> #34-25-21-0010-01300-0020
<br /> #34-25-21-0010-02800-0000
<br /> That portion of tracts 14, 19, 30, 35, 46, 51, and 62, in Section 34, Township_25 South,Range 21
<br /> East, Zephyrhills Colony Company Lands as recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 55, Public Records of
<br /> 111 Pasco County, Florida, lying West of the maintained right-of-way for Sunnyside Drive
<br /> and
<br /> Tracts 13, 20, 29, 36, 45, 52, 61, 28, and 37, in Section 34, Township 25 South, Range 21 East,
<br /> Zephyrhills Colony Company Lands as recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 55, Public Records of Pasco
<br /> County, Florida.
<br /> SECTION 2: That this Ordinance shall become law upon being passed by the City Council
<br /> of the City of Zephyrhills after three(3)readings and execution by the presiding officer and the clerk
<br /> of that body in accordance with Florida Statute 166.041, Laws of Florida.
