<br /> AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
<br /> THE CITY OF ZEPHYRHILLS, FLORIDA,
<br /> ANNEXING ADDITIONAL TERRITORY TO BE
<br /> INCLUDED WITHIN THE BOUNDARIES OF SAID
<br /> CITY PURSUANT TO THE REQUEST OF THE
<br /> OWNERS OF SUCH LAND AND IN ACCORDANCE
<br /> WITH FLORIDA STATUTE 171.044, LAWS OF
<br /> FLORIDA.
<br /> WHEREAS,DAVID G. ARMSTRONG and TANA T. ARMSTRONG, his wife, is the
<br /> present owners of the lands hereinafter described in Section 1, and
<br /> WHEREAS, said DAVID G.ARMSTRONG and TANA T.ARMSTRONG,his wife, has
<br /> requested and consented to the annexation by the City of Zephyrhills of the lands herein described
<br /> in Section 1, and
<br /> WHEREAS,the City Council approves the annexation of said lands and the inclusion of said
<br /> lands within the corporate limits of said City,.
<br /> NOW, THEREFORE,BE IT ENACTED AND ORDAINED by the City Council of the City
<br /> of Zephyrhills, Florida, as follows:
<br /> SECTION 1: That the following described lands, lying and being situate in Pasco County,
<br /> Florida, to-wit:
<br /> Parcel I.D. #35-25-21-0010-09400-0010
<br /> Commencing at the Southeast corner of Tract 110, ZEPHYRHILLS, COLONY COMPANY
<br /> LANDS, in Section 35, Township 25 South, Range 21 East, as Recorded in Plat Book 1 Page 55,
<br /> Public Records of Pasco County,Florida,run North 0 Degrees 15'04"East 806.81 feet; thence North
<br /> 89 Degrees 44' 56"West 35.0 feet for a POINT OF BEGINNING, said P.O.B. lying on the Westerly
<br /> right-of-way line of 16th Street; thence continue North 89 Degrees 44' 56" West 245.0 feet;_thence
<br /> N. 0 Degrees 15' 04" East 150.80 feet; thence South 89 Degrees 44' 56" East 245.0 feet to,the said
<br /> Westerly right-of-way line of 16th Street; thence South 0 Degrees 15'0,4" West 150.80 feet to the
<br /> POINT OF BEGINNING, said parcel being a portion of Tract 94, ZEPHYRHILLS COLONY
<br /> COMPANY LANDS, in Section 35, Township 25 South, Range 21 East, as recorded in Plat Book
<br /> 1, Page 55, Public Records of Pasco County, Florida.
<br /> be, and the same is hereby annexed to and included within the boundaries of the City of Zephyrhills,
<br /> Florida, a municipal corporation.
<br /> SECTION2: Said lands are contiguous to the present city limits of the City-of-Zephyrhills.
<br /> That said lands are now unincorporated and lie in the same county as said-City, and when annexed
<br /> would form a compact addition to the incorporated territory of said City._ That the owner of said
<br /> lands contained in said area to be annexed have given written consent to have such annexationrfor
<br /> said area.
<br /> SECTION 3: That the City of Zephyrhills,Florida, has been given authority bythe legislature
<br /> of the state of Florida, pursuant to Florida Statute 171.044 and pursuant to the Charter of the City
<br /> of Zephyrhills, to annex contiguous areas to said City and to extend the city limits or territorial
<br /> boundaries upon receipt of a written consent of all owners of land contained in the area to be
