CITY PURSUANT TO THE REQUEST OF THE OWNERS OF SUCH LAND AND IN ACCORDANCE WITH FLORIDA STATUTE 171.044, LAWS OF FLORIDA. WHEREAS, JERRY H. MOATES, SR., is the present owner of the lands hereinafter described in Section 1, and WHEREAS, said JERRY H.MOATES, SR., has requested and consented to the annexation by the City of Zephyrhills of the lands herein described in Section 1, and WHEREAS,the City Council approves the annexation of said lands and the inclusion of said lands within the corporate limits of said City, NOW, THEREFORE,BE IT ENACTED AND ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Zephyrhills, Florida, as follows: SECTION 1: `That the following described lands, lying and being situate-inPasco County, Florida, to-wit: Parcel I.D.#: 02-26-21-0010-01900-0000 Tract 19,Section 2, Township 26 South, Range 21 East, as numbered, Described and shown on MAP OF ZEPHYRHILLS COLONY COMPANY LANDS,filed in Plat Book 1 Page 55 of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida. - - °` be, and the same is hereby annexed to and included within the boundaries of the City of Zephyrhills, Florida, a municipal corporation. SECTION2: Said lands are contiguous to the present city liinits of the City ofZephyrhills. That said lands are now unincorporated and lie in the same county as said City,- and when annexed would form a compact addition to the incorporated territory of said City.
