WHEREAS,JERRY H.MOATES,SR,is the present owner in fee of the lands hereinafter described in Section 1, and WHEREAS, said JERRY H. MOATES, SR., has applied for rezoning of said parcel from County AR(agricultural/residential)to City R-2 (single family residential).
