• <br /> . 1111111 11111 11111 11 111 11111 11111 11i11 11111 ilii ilii <br /> 96025156 <br /> Rcpt: 62790 Rec: 42.00 - <br /> DS: 0.00 IT: 0.00 <br /> 03/14/96 Dpty Clerk <br /> JED PITTMAN, PASCO COUNTY CLERK <br /> 03/14/96 02:58pm 1 of 9 <br /> OR BK 3544 PG 1687 <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 632 <br /> AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF <br /> ZEPHYRHILLS, FLORIDA, A MUNICIPAL <br /> CORPORATION, PROPOSING ADOPTION OF <br /> THE AMENDMENTS TO THE COMPREHENSIVE <br /> PLAN; INCLUDING ADDITIONAL TERRITORY, <br /> AMENDING MAPS THEREOF, PROVIDING <br /> INTERNAL CONSISTENCY AND ADDITIONAL <br /> POLICIES, GOALS AND OBJECTIVES AS <br /> REQUIRED BY FLORIDA STATUTE AND IN <br /> ACCORDANCE THEREOF. <br /> WHEREAS,the City of Zephyrhills,Florida, is adopting amendments to the Comprehensive <br /> Plan of said City,to include tracts of land annexed into the corporate limits of the City of Zephyrhills <br /> upon the petition of its owners, with said parcels and owners itemized below: <br /> 1. City of Zephyrhills, which tract contains approximately 33.4 acres and is located <br /> immediately east of the Zephyrhills Municipal Airport and west of the Zephyrhills east bypass; <br /> 2. Hammond Property,which tract contains approximately 4.7 acres and is located west of <br /> the Zephyrhills east by-pass and adjacent to the site described in paragraph (1) above; <br /> 3. Armstrong Property, a residence which contains approximately .8 acres and is located at; <br /> 7251 16th Street; <br /> 4. Moats Property, which tract contains 5 acres and is located south of Daughtery Road; • <br /> 5. Rose Property, which tract contains 8.75 acres and is located east of 20th Street and <br /> immediately south of the City's southern boundary. <br /> WHEREAS,the City also is amending all maps of said Comprehensive Plan to include, show, <br /> and depict said annexed properties; providing that all goals, objections, policies, and other planning <br /> provisions applicable to properties in the Comprehensive Plan shall pertain and be applicable to the <br /> annexed properties; providing that invalidity of said portion shall not affect the remaining portions <br /> of this Ordinance; and providing for an effective date, and <br /> WHEREAS,by City of Zephyrhills Ordinances 618, 619, 625, 627,and 629, respectively, the <br /> above-described real properties were annexed by the City and incorporated within the municipal <br /> Record and Return to: <br /> City Clerk's Office <br /> 5335 8th Street <br /> Zephyrhills, FL 33540 <br />
