<br /> THE CITY OF , ZEPHYRIIILLS, LORIDA, __: `'
<br /> REZONING LANDS WITHIN SAW' CITY;_
<br /> PURSUANT TO THE REQUEST OF THE OWNER
<br /> OF SUCH LAND AND IN ACCORDANCE WITH
<br /> FLORIDA STATUTE 166.041 (3) (c) 1.

<br /> WHEREAS, THE CITY OF ZEPHYRHILLS, is the present owner in fee of the lands
<br /> hereinafter described in Section 1, and
<br /> WHEREAS, said CITY OF ZEPHYRHILLS, has applied for rezoning of said,property from
<br /> Recreation-Conservation(R-C)to General Commercial (C-2). , ;,
<br /> WHEREAS,the Planning Commission has recommended approval of the owner's application
<br /> for rezoning, and
<br /> NOW, THEREFORE,BE IT ENACTED AND ORDAINED by the City Council of the City
<br /> of Zephyrhills, Florida, as follows:
<br /> SECTION 1: That the following described lands, lying and being situate in the City of
<br /> Zephyrhills, Pasco County, Florida, to-wit:
<br /> Commence at the most westerly corner of Block 134, in the City of
<br /> Zephyrhills; thence South 63 Degrees 24'24" West 60.00 feet to a point on
<br /> the westerly right-of-way line of 7th Street to the POINT OF BEGINNING;
<br /> thence North 26 Degrees 25'00" West 6.80 feet; thence North 60 Degrees
<br /> 29'33"East 199.93 feet; thence South 26 Degrees 31'48"East 6.60 feet;
<br /> thence South 63 Degrees 33' 44" West 199.93 feet to the.POINT OF
<br /> BEGINNING
<br /> CONTAINING.03 ACRESMO.L.
<br /> be, and the same is hereby rezoned and henceforth, said property's zoning designation shall be General
<br /> Commercial (C-2).
<br /> SECTION 2: That this Ordinance shall become law upon being passed by the City Council
<br /> of the City of Zephyrhills after three(3)readings and execution by the presiding officer and the clerk
<br /> of that body in accordance with Florida Statute 166.041, Laws of Florida.
<br /> The foregoing Ordinance No. 633 was read and passed on its first reading in open
<br /> and regular meeting by the City Council of the City of Zephyrhills, Florida, on this dZ2 day of
