<br /> AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
<br /> THE CITY OF i ZEPHYRHILLS, FLORIDA,,
<br /> REZONING LANDS. WITHIN SAID CITY,
<br /> PURSUANT TO THE REQUEST OF TIE OWNER
<br /> OF SUCH LAND AND IN ACCORDANCE WITH
<br /> FLORIDA STATUTE 166.041 (3) (c) 1.
<br /> WHEREAS,REYNOLDS AND REYNOLDS COMPANY, is the present owner in fee of
<br /> the lands hereinafter described in Section 1, and
<br /> WHEREAS, said REYNOLDS AND REYNOLDS COMPANY, has applied for rezoning
<br /> of said property from(R-3)to Office Professional (O-P).
<br /> WHEREAS,the Planning Commission has recommended approval of the owner's application
<br /> for rezoning, and
<br /> NOW, THEREFORE,BE IT ENACTED AND ORDAINED by the City Council of the City
<br /> of Zephyrhills, Florida, as follows:
<br /> SECTION 1: That the following described lands, lying and being situate in the City of
<br /> Zephyrhills, Pasco County, Florida, to-wit:
<br /> Parcel Number: 11-21-21-0010-19000-0130
<br /> Lots 13, 14, 15 and 16, Block 190, A MAP OF THE TOWN OF
<br /> ZEPHYRHILLS, according to the map or plat thereof recorded in Plat
<br /> Book 1,page 54, of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida.
<br /> be, and the same is hereby rezoned and henceforth, said property's zoning designation shall be Office
<br /> Professional (O-P).
<br /> SECTION 2: That this Ordinance shall become law upon being passed by the City Council
<br /> of the City of Zephyrhills after three(3)readings and execution by the presiding officer and the clerk
<br /> of that body in accordance with Florida Statute 166.041, Laws of Florida.
<br /> The foregoing Ordinance No. 6,3 Li was read and passed on its first reading in open
