<br /> AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
<br /> THE CITY OF ZEPHYRHILLS, FLORIDA,
<br /> ANNEXING ADDITIONAL TERRITORY TO BE
<br /> INCLUDED WITHIN'THE BOUNDARIES OF SAID
<br /> • CITY, PURSUANT TO THE REQUEST OF THE
<br /> OWNERS OF SUCH LAND AND IN ACCORDANCE
<br /> WITH FLORIDA STATUTE 171.044, LAWS OF
<br /> FLORIDA.
<br /> WHEREAS, EAST PASCO MEDICAL CENTER is the present owner of the lands
<br /> hereinafter described in Section 1; and ."
<br /> WHEREAS, ESTHER MILES, is the present owner of the lands hereinafter described in
<br /> Section 2; and
<br /> WHEREAS, said EAST PASCO MEDICAL CENTER AND ESTHER MILES, have
<br /> requested and consented to the annexation by the City of Zephyrhills of their lands herein described
<br /> in Section 1 and Section 2; and
<br /> WHEREAS,the City Council approves the annexation of said lands and the-inclusion of said
<br /> lands within the corporate limits of said City; and .
<br /> NOW, THEREFORE,BE IT ENACTED AND ORDAINED by the City Council of the City
<br /> of Zephyrhills, Florida, as follows:
<br /> SECTION 1: That the following described lands, lying and being situate in Pasco County,
<br /> Florida, to-wit:That portion of Tract 69 lying West of and adjacent to the Westerly right-of-way line
<br /> of WIRE ROAD as it presently exists, LESS the North 10.00 feet thereof; Tract'70,
<br /> LESS the North 10.00 feet thereof; the East 68.75 feet of Tract-71; the East 68.75
<br /> feet of Tract 74; Tract 75; that portion of Tract 76 lying West of and adjacent to the
<br /> Westerly right-of-way line of WIRE ROAD as it presently exists; the North 1/2 of
<br /> Tract 86, LESS the South 25.00 feet thereof; the South 1/2 of the West I/24.Tract.
<br /> Tract 86; LESS the East 84.00 feet thereof,. the East 68.75 feet,of the"Nbiili1/2 of
<br /> Tract 87,LESS the South 25.00 thereof and the South 1/2 of the East 68.75 feel of
<br /> Tract 87 Together with that portion of the 30.00 foot ZEPHYRHILLS.COLONY:
<br /> COMPANY right-of-way lying West of and adjacent to said Tracts 70,: 75 and 86 all
<br /> in Section 35, Township 25 South, Range 21 East, Pasco County,'Florida;'as shown
<br /> on the map or plat of ZEPHYRHILLS COLONY COMPANY, as recorded in Plat
<br /> Book 1,page 55, Public Records of Pasco County, Florida. _

<br /> SECTION 2: That the following described lands, lying and being-situate in Pasco County,

<br /> 90, 103 and 106; Together with that portion of the 30.00 foot ZEPHYRHILLS

<br /> and 107 all in Section 35, Township 25 South, Range.21 East, Pasco County,
<br /> Florida, as shown on the map or plat of ZEPHYRHILLS COLONY COMPANY as
