<br /> REZONING LANDS WITHIN SAID CITY,
<br /> PURSUANT TO THE REQUEST OF THE OWNER
<br /> OF SUCH LAND AND IN ACCORDANCE WITH

<br /> 7WHEREAS,-EA_ST PASCO MEDICAL CENTER,is thepresent owner iii'fee of the lands _ __
<br /> hereinafter described in Section 1; and
<br /> WHEREAS,ESTHER MILES, is the present owner in fee of the lands hereinafter described
<br /> in Section 2; and
<br /> WHEREAS, said EAST PASCO MEDICAL CENTER-AND ES'1'HER MILES, have
<br /> applied for rezoning from County Agricultural/Residential (A/R), approximately 49.5 acres and City
<br /> Office Professional (O/P), approximately 6.3 acres to City Planned Unit Development(PUD); and
<br /> WHEREAS,the Planning Commission has recommended approval of the owners' application
<br /> for rezoning; and
<br /> NOW, THEREFORE,BE IT ENACTED AND ORDAINED by the City Council of the City
<br /> of Zephyrhills, Florida, as follows:
<br /> SECTION 1: That the following described lands, lying and being situate in Pasco County,
<br /> Florida, to-wit:
<br /> That portion of Tract 69 lying West of and adjacent to the Westerly right-of-way line
<br /> of WIRE ROAD as it presently exists, LESS the North 10.00 feet thereof• Tract 70,
<br /> LESS the North 10.00 feet thereof; the East 68.75 feet of Tract 71; the East 68.75
<br /> feet of Tract 74; Tract 75; those portions of Tracts 76 and 85 lying West of and
<br /> adjacent to the Westerly right-of-way line of WIRE ROAD as it presently exists;
<br /> Tract 86; the East 68.75 feet of Tract 87. Together with that portion of the 30.00
<br /> foot ZEPHYRHILLS COLONY COMPANY right-of-way lying West adjacent
<br /> to said Tracts 70, 75 and 86 all in Section 35, Township 25 South, Range 21 East,
<br /> Pasco County, Florida, as shown on the map or plat of ZEPHYRHILLS COLONY
