<br /> WHEREAS, said FDC DEVELOPMENT,INC.,by and through its President, FRANK D.
<br /> COPELAND, has applied for rezoning of said parcel from City ER(Estate Residential)to City PUD
<br /> (Planned Unit Development).
<br /> WHEREAS,the Planning Commission has recommended approval of the owner's application
<br /> for rezoning, and
<br /> NOW, THEREFORE,BE IT ENACTED AND ORDAINED by the City Council of the City
