<br /> AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF

<br /> THE CITY OF ZEPHYRHILLS, FLORIDA,
<br /> ANNEXING ADDITIONAL TERRITORY TO. BE
<br /> INCLUDED WITHIN'ME BOUNDARIES OF SAID
<br /> CITY PURSUANT TO THE REQUEST OF THE
<br /> OWNER OF SUCH LAND AND IN ACCORDANC
<br /> WITH FLORIDA STATUTE 171.044, LAWS
<br /> FLORIDA.
<br /> WHEREAS, GEORGE A. NEUKOM, is the present owner f the -lands hereinafter
<br /> described in Section 1, and
<br /> WHEREAS, said GEORGE A.NEUKOM, has requested-a consented to the annexation
<br /> by the City of Zephyrhills of the lands herein described in Section , and
<br /> WHEREAS,the City Council approves the annexation o said lands and the inclusion of said
<br /> lands within the corporate limits of said City,
<br /> NOW, THEREFORE,BE IT ENACTED AND O ' I AINED by the City Council of the City
<br /> of Zephyrhills, Florida, as follows:
<br /> SECTION 1: That the following described la ds, lying and being situate in Pasco County,
<br /> Florida, to-wit:
<br /> That part of the ZEPHYRHILLS COLONY CO 'ANY LANDS plaited road right-of-way, being
<br /> 30.00 feet in width, lying East of Tracts 28, 37, 4, 53 and 60, lying West o,f'Tracts 29, 36, 45, 52
<br /> and 61, as recorded in Plat Book 1,page 55, blit Records of Pasco County, Florida and lying
<br /> in Section 34, Township 26, Range 21 East, Pasco County, Florida.
<br /> Parcel I.D. #: 34-25-21-0040-00000-00A0
<br /> be, and the same is hereby annexed to and ' eluded within the boundaries of the City of Zephyrhills,
<br /> Florida, a municipal corporation. ,
<br /> SECTION2: Said lands are contiguous to the present city limits of the City of Zephyrhills.
<br /> That said lands are now unincorpor 4 ted and lie in the same county as said City, and when annexed
<br /> would form a compact addition t o the incorporated territory of said City.,, That.the owner of said
<br /> lands contained in said area to b- annexed have given written consent to have such annexation for
<br /> said area.
<br /> SECTION 3: That t - City of Zephyrhills,Florida, has been given authority by the legislature
<br /> of the State of Florida, purant to Florida Statute 171.044 and pursuant to the Charter of the City
<br /> of Zephyrhills, to annex contiguous areas to said City and to extend the city limits or territorial
<br /> boundaries upon recei t of a written consent of all owners of land contained in the area to be
<br /> annexed,together with he approval of the City Council of the City of Zephyrhills, of said annexation
<br /> duly expressed by O dinance.
<br /> SECTION4: That it is the intention of the City Council of the City of Zephyrhills, Florida,
<br /> to annex the above-described lands to said City within its territorial limits and the boundary lines of
<br /> said City are hereby redefined and extended so as to include said area of land within its territorial
<br /> limits upon the final passage of this Ordinance.
