<br /> THE CITY OF ZEPHYRLLS, FLORIDA -
<br /> REZONING LANDS WITHIN SAID ,CITY
<br /> PURSUANT TO THE REQUEST OF THE OW
<br /> OF SUCH LAND AND IN ACCORDANCE TH
<br /> FLORIDA STATUTE 166.041 (3) (c) 1:
<br /> WHEREAS, GEORGE A. NE€KKOM,:is the present o ,,n^.n in fee of the lands hereinafter
<br /> described in Section 1, and -
<br /> WHEREAS, said GEORGE A. NEUKOM, has app 'ed for rezoning of said parcel from
<br /> County AR(Agricultural/Residential)to City M-1 (Mobil Home Subdivision).
<br /> WHEREAS,the Planning Commission has reco nded approval of the owner's application
<br /> for rezoning, and
<br /> NOW, THEREFORE,BE IT ENACTED ' ' D ORDAINED by the City Council of the City
<br /> of Zephyrhills, Florida, as follows:
<br /> SECTION 1: That the following desc bed lands, lying and being situate in Pasco County,
<br /> Florida, to-wit:
<br /> That part of the ZEPHYRIIILLS COLO COMPANY LANDS platted road right-of-way, being
<br /> 30.00 feet in width, lying East of Tracts 8, 37, 44, 53 and 60, lying West of Tracts 29, 36, 45, 52
<br /> and 61, as recorded in Plat Book 1,pa;e 55, Public Records of Pasco County, Florida and lying
<br /> in Section 34, Township 26, Range 1 East, Pasco County, Florida.
<br /> Parcel I.D. #:34-25-21-0040-0000/-00A0
<br /> be, and the same is hereby rezoned and henceforth, said property's zoning designation shall
<br /> be Mobile Home Subdivision -1).
