JED PITTIiAH, PASCO COUNTY CLERK 10/01/96 04:09pm 1 of 1 OR BK 363. 8 PG 352 WHEREAS, the City of Zephyrhills previously owned and operated the Zephyr Haven Nursing Home, and WHEREAS, in order to more effectively manage that home the City Council of the City of Zephyrhills passed Ordinance No.: 538, which was known as the Zephyr Haven Nursing Home Authority Ordinance and created a dependent authority known as the Zephyr Haven Nursing Home Authority, and WHEREAS, the City recently has conveyed the Zephyr Haven Nursing Home to a not for profit corporation, WHEREAS,the need for the Zephyr Haven Nursing Home Authority no longer exists, and WHEREAS,this Ordinance shall take effect immediately upon final passage and approval by City Council. NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Zephyrhills, Florida, sitting in regular session, that Ordinance No.: 538 is hereby repealed in_its entirety and the Zephyr Haven Nursing Home Authority is'accordingly dissolved. - .
