LAND _ <br /> DEVELOPMENT CODE OF THE : CITY OF <br /> ZEPHYRHILLS, <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Zephyrhills,Florida,sitting in regular <br /> meeting that: <br /> Section 1: That Chapter 6,Land Use Regulations(Zoning), Section 6230, Community Commercial <br /> Zoning District(C-2)Permitted Uses of the Zephyrhills Land Development Code is hereby amended <br /> and shall henceforth read as follows: <br /> CHAPTER 6 Land Use Regulations (Zoning): <br /> SECTION 6230 Community Commercial Zoning District(C-2): - <br /> Conditional Uses: <br /> adult entertainment establishments <br /> group homes <br /> liquor Store <br /> mini-warehouses <br /> mid-rise buildings (3-5 stories) <br /> outdoor recreation <br /> tavern <br /> one dwelling unit which is accessory to a permitted use and located on the same lot <br /> public utility stations/structures owned and operated by the City of Zephyrhills, including <br /> transmission wires,guide wires,poles and pipelines as need to install and maintain approved utility <br /> services. <br /> Section 2: The provisions of this Ordinance are severable, and if any section, sentence, clause, or <br /> phrase is for any reason held to be unconstitutional, invalid, or ineffective, this holding shall not <br /> affect the validity of the remaining portions of the Ordinance, it being expressly declared to be the <br /> City Council's intent that it would have passed the valid portions of this Ordinance without the <br /> inclusion of any invalid portion or portions. <br /> ;-.4 <br /> Record and Return to: <br /> City Clerk's Office , --, <br /> 5335 8th Street 1. <br /> Zephyrhills, FL 33540 -- --' <br />
