<br /> AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ZEPHYRHILLS, FLORIDA, REZONING LANDS
<br /> WITHIN SAID CITY, PURSUANT TO THE REQUEST OF THE OWNER OF SUCH
<br /> LAND AND IN ACCORDANCE WITH FLORIDA STATUTE 166 .041 ( 3) (c) 1.
<br /> WHEREAS, LEON S. WILSON, III, is the owner in fee of the
<br /> lands hereinafter described in Section 1, and
<br /> WHEREAS, said LEON S. WILSON, III, has applied for rezoning
<br /> of said parcel from ER & C2 to OP, and
<br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has recommended approval, of
<br /> the owners application for rezoning, and -
<br /> WHEREAS, the property to be rezoned does involve less than
<br /> five percent (5%) of the total land area of the City of
<br /> Zephyrhills and the City is thereby empowered to rezone same in
<br /> accordance with Florida Statute 166 .041 ( 3 ) (c) 1.
