<br /> AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ZEPHYRHILLS, FLORIDA, REZONING LANDS
<br /> WITHIN SAID CITY, PURSUANT TO THE REQUEST OF THE OWNERS OF SUCH
<br /> LAND AND IN ACCORDANCE WITH FLORIDA STATUTE 166 .041 ( 3) (c) 1.
<br /> WHEREAS, WILLIAM F. NYE and- SHIRLEY B. ANSBACKER, are the
<br /> owners in fee of the lands hereinafter described in Section 1,
<br /> and
<br /> WHEREAS, said WILLIAM F. NYE and SHIRLEY B. ANSBACKER, have
<br /> applied for rezoning of said parcel from R-4 €0 C-2, and
<br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has recommended approlval' of
<br /> the owners application for rezoning, and
<br /> WHEREAS, the property to be rezoned does involve less than.
<br /> five percent ( 5%) of _ the total land areao.f thea- City _ of
<br /> Zephyrhills - and the Cityis thereby empowered to rezare..`s,ame in
<br /> accordance with Florida Statute 166 .041 ( 3) (c) 1.
<br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED AND ORDAINED by the City
<br /> Council of the City of Zephyrhills, . Florida, as follows :
<br /> SECTION 1. That the following described lands, lying and
<br /> being situate in Pasco- -County, Florida, to-wit:
<br /> A portion of TRACT "A" , TYSON SUBDIVISION, as recorded in Plat
<br /> Book 4, Page 109, Public Records of Pasco County, Florida. - `Being
<br /> more particularly described as follows : •

<br /> passed by the City Council of the City of Zephyrhills after three
