<br /> AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ZEPHYRHILLS, FLORIDA, REZONING LANDS
<br /> WITHIN SAID CITY, PURSUANT TO THE REQUEST OF THE OWNERS OF SUCH
<br /> LAND AND IN ACCORDANCE WITH FLORIDA STATUTE 166 .041 ( 3) (c) 1.
<br /> WHEREAS, R 4 CORPORATION is the owner in fee of the lands
<br /> hereinafter described in Section 1, and
<br /> WHEREAS, said R 4 CORPORATION, has applied for rezoning of

<br /> said parcel from City R-4 to OP, and
<br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has recommended appraval of
<br /> the owners application for rezoning, and
<br /> WHEREAS, the property to be rezoned does involve less, than
<br /> five percent ( 5%) of the total land area of the City of
<br /> Zephyrhills and the City is thereby empowered to rezone .same in
<br /> accordance with Florida Statute 166 . 041 ( 3 ) (c) 1,: _ -•

<br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED AND ORDAINED •by _ the City
<br /> Council of the City of Zephyrhills, Florida, as
<br /> SECTION 1. That the following described lands, lying _..and
