The maximum lot coverage by all buildings shall not <br /> exceed 40% of the lot area. <br /> E. Not less than 30% of the lot shall be landscaped and <br /> retained as usable open space for occupants, with adequate <br /> accommodations for wheelchair use. <br /> 6412. Recreational Vehicles Including Travel Trailers, Motor <br /> Homes, Camping Trailers, Auto Campers, Park Trailers <br /> The following regulations shall govern: <br /> A. No Permanent Structures Attached <br /> No owner of travel trailer site, travel trailer lot, campground <br /> or recreational vehicle park shall permit to be constructed on <br /> said site or sites any type of utility building, screen room, <br /> glass room, carport, or other type of other permanent structure <br /> other than a concrete slab. All accessory appurtenances must be <br /> erected in a manner which' facilitates disassembly and removal <br /> within twenty-four hours. <br /> B. Attachment of, Collapsible Structures <br /> No owner of a travel trailer, camping trailer, truck camper, <br /> motor home, or park trailer, shall construct or allow to be <br /> constructed on his travel trailer, camping trailer,. truck camper, <br /> motor home, or park trailer any structure other than a . <br /> collapsible nature which maybe folded compactly and drawn away <br /> with said travel trailer, camping trailer, truck camper, motor <br /> home, or park trailer. <br /> C. Smaller Mobile Home Classified as Park Trailers <br /> In mobile home or recreational vehicle parks existing at the time <br /> of adoption of this Code, permanent structures commonly attached <br /> to mobile homes are permitted to be attached to small mobile <br /> homes now classified as park trailers under the State of <br /> Florida' s size classification providing these units are <br /> permanently established and the the required separation between <br /> permanent structures, as required by the N.F.P.A. is met. <br /> D. No ownerofa mobile home or recreational vehicle park <br /> shall permit the number of occupants of any form of recreational <br /> vehicle to exceed two persons in less than 280 square feet of <br /> gross floor area; three persons in less than 400 square feet of <br /> gross floor area; four persons in less than 500 square feet of <br /> gross floor area, and in no situation can the number of occupants <br /> exceed five. <br />
