• <br /> 6-73 <br /> • <br /> Recreational vehicles may be parked within the buildable area of <br /> a lot provided the following .conditions are met: <br /> 1 . Recreational vehicles shall not be permitted within <br /> any required front, side, or rear yard.'setback. Where double <br /> frontage lots exist, the required setbacks shall be maintained on <br /> _ both streets. <br /> ' 2 . NO more than two such vehicles (including boats) <br /> shall be stored on any residential lot. <br /> C. Exceptions from this Section <br /> Automobiles, bicycles, and motorcycles are specifically excluded <br /> from this section. ' . <br /> • <br /> 6414. Recycling,Centers <br /> A. ., All recycling operations must comply with applicable <br /> federal and Florida statutes. <br /> B. All recycling operations .must be totally within an <br /> enclosed structure or shall have a fence at least eight feet high <br /> from ground level constructed of new materials which may be <br /> • concrete block, galvanized metal, aluminum' or. wood. Wood fencing <br /> shall, as a minimum, be constructed of wood one inch in <br /> thickness. Required fence, -shall have a minimum life of ten <br /> years, . with the finished side of said fence facing adjoining <br /> properties. Maintenance of said fence is the responsibility of <br /> the owner. All fencing shall be of solid type with only such <br /> openings as will permit ingress and egress for normal business <br /> purposes. <br /> • <br /> C. . All recycling centers shall be arranged and storage <br /> contained so as to permit access by firefighting equipment and to <br /> prevent the accumulation of water. <br /> • <br /> D. No burning. of any type' shall be permitted within a <br /> recycling center. <br /> E. Signs shall be limited to one per adjacent street <br /> frontage and .shall ..not exceed the maximum permitted height of <br /> • twenty-five feet. No signs shall be 'placed on any roof or <br /> required fence. , • • <br /> F. All recycling centers shall be 'maintained in such a <br /> • manner as to cause no public or. private nuisance, nor to cause - <br /> any offensive or noxious sounds, or odors, nor to cause the <br /> harboring of snakes, rates, flies, or other disease vectors. <br /> G. Minimum acreage of 10 acres is required. <br /> H. A Site Plan review is required. ` <br />
