Except for structures in industrial districts, <br /> setbacks shall equal one-third of the total height of the tower , <br /> including antennas. Setbacks in an industrial district or LI _ <br /> shall be to that- of . a principle structure- in the same district. <br /> - All tower supports and peripheral anchors shall be. located <br /> entirely within the. boundaries of the development site and shall <br /> be set back from the development site perimeter a minimum <br /> distance of five feet. <br /> E. - Separation: <br /> Separation distance shall be measured by drawing or following a <br /> straight line between the base of the existing tower and the <br /> proposed base, pursuant to a site plan, of this tower. There <br /> shall _be no existing tower within a two thousand (2,000) foot <br /> radius of the proposed structure regardless. of type. <br /> F. Waiver: ' <br /> .Waiver on new applications for towers, the City Council of the <br /> City of Zephyrhills may waive setbacks, separation distances, or <br /> height requirements, if technologically necessary, simultaneous <br /> with conditional use approval or as -a separate application if use <br /> is permitted. <br /> • G. Co-location of Communication Antennas: <br /> 1 . No new towers shall be permitted unless the <br /> applicant demonstrates to the City of Zephyrhills that no <br /> existing tower or structure can accommodate the applicant' s - <br /> proposed antenna, evidence submitted to demonstrate that no <br /> existing tower or structure can accommodate the applicant' s <br /> proposed antenna may consist of any of the following: <br /> • a. No existing towers or structures are located <br /> within the geographic area required to meet applicant' s <br /> engineering requirements. <br /> - b. lExisting towers or structures are not of <br /> • <br /> sufficient height to meet applicant' s engineering requirements. <br /> • <br /> c. Existing towers or structures are not <br /> sufficient structural .strength to support applicant' s proposed <br /> • antenna and related equipment. <br /> • <br /> • <br /> d. ' 'The applicant' s proposed antenna would cause <br /> electromagnetic interference with the antenna on existing towers <br /> or structures, or the antenna on the existing towers or <br /> structures would cause interference with the applicant's proposed <br />
