All day care facilities must be permitted by the Florida <br /> Department of Health and Rehabilitative Services. <br /> B. In the ER, R-1, or R-2 zoning districts, the location of <br /> day care facilities shall be limited to, and established only <br /> upon the same premises with: a school, church, temple, or <br /> similar facility. <br /> C. In any district the minimum open play space shall be no <br /> less than that required by the Florida Department of Health and <br /> Rehabilitative Services Regulations in effect at the time of the <br /> application. Said play area shall be completely enclosed by a <br /> fence six feet in height. <br /> D. The ratio per child of usable floor space excluding <br /> kitchen, storage, and toilet facilities shall conform to Florida <br /> Department of Health and Rehabilitative Services Regulations at <br /> the time of application. <br /> E. A fence or wall six feet in height shall be constructed <br /> along any rear or side property line adjoining any residential <br /> district. <br /> F. Flea Markets and Outdoor Amusements <br /> A. No buildings used for open sales or amusement purposes <br /> shall be located nearer than 150 feet from any residential <br /> district. <br /> B. All vehicles, trailers, structures, mobile homes, <br /> vehicles, tents, mechanical devices or animal enclosures <br /> associated with such use shall be set back not less than fifty <br /> feet from any property line. <br /> C.
