ORDINANCE NO. 549 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ZEPHYRHILLS, FLORIDA, A MUNICIPAL CORPORATION, AMENDING THE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN TO INCLUDE ADDITIONAL TERRITORY, AMEND MAPS THEREOF, PROVIDE INTERNAL CONSISTENCY AND ADDITIONAL POLICIES, GOALS AND OBJECTIVES AS REQUIRED BY FLORIDA STATUTE AND IN ACCORDANCE THEREOF. WHEREAS, the City of Zephyrhills, Florida, is amending the Comprehensive Plan of said City, to include tracts of land annexed into the corporate limits of the City of Zephyrhills upon the petition of its owners, with said parcels and owners itemized below: 1. George Neukom and Owen Gall, which tract contains approximately 110 acres and is located north of Pretty Pond Road and lies east and west of Green Slope Avenue ; 2. Charles Bass and Roger Whitworth, which tract- contains approximately 8 acres and is located south of C Avenue at the intersection of 16th Street; _ 3 ... . Th"oma$ F. Oakley (Conc-i re ;_.
